Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pure Lifestyle. We take pride in the quality of everything we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Our Commitment to Quality

Every Pure Lifestyle product is made in small batches with care and the highest-quality, natural ingredients. We stand behind our products. If you receive something that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away — we will make it right.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (handcrafted skincare and personal care items), we are generally unable to accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we handle each situation individually and want every customer to be satisfied.

We accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken

  • The item is defective (e.g., unusual separation, off smell upon first opening)

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was not as described on our website

We are not able to accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened and used (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked "final sale"

  • Items returned without their original packaging

  • Change of mind after the return window has passed

3. Return Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery date. To initiate a return, contact us at wearethebalm@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item if it is damaged or defective

We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps. Do not ship any item back to us without first receiving authorization from us.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective)

  • If we determine a refund is warranted due to our error, we will cover return shipping

5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to send a replacement at no additional charge. Contact us at wearethebalm@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement as soon as possible.

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or preference (e.g., wanting a different scent after opening). If you're unsure which product to choose, feel free to reach out before purchasing — we're happy to help!

6. Farmers Market Purchases

For items purchased in person at a farmers market or other event, the same policy applies. Please bring your receipt and the unused item to a future market, or contact us at wearethebalm@gmail.com. We want you to love what you bought.

7. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are not eligible for return unless items arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect all wholesale shipments upon delivery and report any issues within 5 business days of receipt. Claims submitted after 5 business days may not be honored.

8. Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and arrives damaged or defective, the gift recipient may contact us directly at wearethebalm@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue.
